Wait times can extend for various reasons (such as client response times, real world issues, ect).

please expect delays if you make character changes, requests mid commission, ect.

When a couples piece is commissioned I am NOT responsible if a breakup occurs. And I am not obligated to refund you. However I will offer the art owed to be changed if this occurs. be sure to contact me >asap< if this is the case. So I do not get too far in.

you must be 15 years or older to commission me.

A week after the finished commission is sent it will be considered confirmed on my trello and I will move on to other projects

payments are to be made in full, or in parts if agreed on.

once a commission is paid for, if a sketch has been provided a refund is not allowed unless offered by myself.

refunds are always a case by case basis. While I will typically refuse, it just depends on the situation.

during the sketch phase you have 3 corrections that can be made. After that it may cost additional fees

If you were not given a wip, you have 1 correction DM once the finished product is delivered, before fees will apply to additional changes.

you will not be supplied with an unwatermarked version of your commission unless it is intended to be used for physical things like stickers (with a fee).

do not use my art to train ai or to make nfts. This is completely not allowed and I do not consent to either or.

If you commission a sketch you are free to use it to make a finished art piece!

I will only reply/answer your dms (during the commission process) that have to do with your commission. I will not answer "hi" "hru" ect dms.

DO not ask for updates within' the first 2 weeks, please.

I will only respond to dms related to your commission during the commission process

force chargebacks (with no prior note) will get you blacklisted from my work without any chance of me changing my mind. as well as a public notice on my trello with your username stating that you have charged back on an artist. do. not. do. this.

commercial usage of my art is +100% of the commission cost (this doesn't include printing my work for personal use)

while I do have a blacklist for commissioners, these lists are not public, as I do not want to put a stranger on blast; unless their behavior is a risk to other artists.
